- 400 gr La Menorquina mango sorbet
- 200 gr Brut Cava
- Citrus fruit peel (20 gr)
- Place the sorbet in a dish with high sides.
- Pour in the Cava.
- Blend for a few seconds so that the ingredients combine. Leave to stand in the freezer.
- Grate the citrus fruit peel and mix into the milkshake.
- Serve in tall glasses and decorate with fruit.
