La Menorquina, a family business founded by master pastry chef Fernando Sintes, was established in 1940 in Alaior, a small town in the centre of Minorca set in surroundings filled with tradition and natural beauty. This is the origin of the flavour of our products, the island that inspires all our creations which has also become a benchmark of tradition for consumers at both the national and international level.
Throughout its 75 years of experience producing frozen desserts and confectionery, La Menorquina has helped restaurateurs to distinguish themselves and create unique and innovative experiences for their customers. Our team specialises in the creation of excellent products, they are focused on guaranteeing appropriate transportation that respects the cold chain, and are committed to sharing the knowledge of our ice cream tradition with restaurateurs.
