La Menorquina was established in 1940 in the town of Alaior, Minorca by master pastry chef Fernando Sintes, who was better known to his employees as the "Mestre". Through the eyes of three of our workers, you can discover what our origins were like, what it meant to them to be able to work with the "Mestre", what the true flavour of La Menorquina is, and how some of the production processes of our most iconic products remain in use to this day.
