The launch of our frozen fruit in the 1970s was a genuine innovation in the restaurant sector. For its creation, Mestre Fernando Sintes was inspired by the great French chefs who served a similar dessert on special occasions and, starting from this idea, adapted it to the taste of the national market. Once this dessert was marketed, Spanish restaurateurs immediately made it their own. Since then, frozen fruit has been one of the brand's icons, such as the unmistakable iced lemon, iced orange, iced coconut or the refreshing pineapple ice cream. To this day, they are still a hit in sales.
