The founder of Farggi, Jesús Farga, opened his first bakery workshop back in 1957. This is where he began to perfect the recipes which over time would be the base for the famous Farggi ice creams, turning him into a well-known ice cream maker.
Today, Farggi continues to develop those original recipes, selecting the highest-quality ingredients to provide the most indulgent of experiences.
